- Preview is the default PDF file reader that comes included with every new Leopard Operating System

- Please note: Due to the many variations of platforms, operating systems, and PDF viewing software, these are generic instructions only.
- Mac computers: Click on the appropriate PDF file link, then (if asked) select "Open PDF". The file will become viewable with your Preview software, or your whatever you have selected as your default PDF file reader.
- Windows PC computers with Firefox browser (recommended): Click here to get the free extension "PDF download". Install this Firefox extension, then restart your computer. Now, whenever you click a link to a PDF file, a box will appear that asks how you want to manage that file. To download the file simply select "download"; to open the file (read the PDF file online), select "open".
- Windows PC computers with Internet Explorer browsers: Click the appropriate PDF file. You will see something similar to the image below (Image A). To open the PDF file (read it online), select "Open" (Image B). Now the file will be transferred to your PDF viewing software (Image C). When the file has completed the transfer, your PDF viewing software will open (Image D) and you will be able to read the PDF file.
